Mr. Dalili Bitamala, Co-Founder, Executive Director
Mr. Dalili is a technology professional with a passion for public sector transparency. He holds a professional degree in social sciences and community development from Institut Superieur de Developpement Rural (ISDR). He co-founded the Fondation Tuungane to support the development of innovative approaches to social accountability in the education and health sectors.
Mr. Byalukiza Kanana, Co-Founder, Programs Manager
Mr. Byalukiza is an experienced program manager with over 20 years experience in programs management in non-profit sector in eastern-congo. He holds a Bachelor degree in Community Development from Institut Superieur de Commerce in Uvira. He co-founded the Fondation Tuungane to support the development of innovative approaches to social accountability in the education and health sectors.
